The route
The A43 to the Coiranne interchange near Bourgoin-Jallieu, then the A48 via Voiron to Saint-Égrève, at the edge of Grenoble. Allow 1 h 20 to the centre without hold-ups.
Depending on the time of day
The approach to Grenoble through Voreppe and Saint-Égrève is often jammed from 7 to 9 am, and leaving the city is slow in the late afternoon. For a 9 am meeting, Yanis sets a departure from Lyon with time to spare; by mid-morning the road is usually clear.
Business meetings

To Saint-Exupéry
Grenoble to Saint-Exupéry is about 90 km and an hour's drive, via the A48 and then the A43, without entering Lyon. On your return, the flight number lets Yanis time the meeting to the actual landing.

Beyond Grenoble, the Romanche valley leads through Vizille to Alpe d'Huez and Les Deux Alpes; Chamrousse is about thirty kilometres away, via Uriage. In winter the car runs on winter tyres, and the ride goes straight through from Lyon or Saint-Exupéry.
