Data collected

The quote form collects the pick-up and drop-off addresses, dates and times, number of passengers, luggage and options, as well as first and last name, email, phone and, where relevant, company.

The site also counts, without personal data, clicks on the phone and WhatsApp buttons.

Purpose and legal basis

This data is used only to handle the request: prepare the quote, confirm the ride, send the reminder and contact the client. The legal basis is pre-contractual steps and the transport contract requested by the client.

Processors

Neon (database): storage of requests.

Resend (email delivery): quotes, confirmations and reminders.

Cloudflare (hosting, Turnstile anti-spam protection, cookieless visitor statistics).

IGN Géoplateforme: address search while typing. OpenRouteService: estimate of ride distances.

Some of these providers are based outside the European Union; transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Retention

Requests are kept for the duration of the business relationship, then at most three years after the last contact.

Cookies

The site uses no advertising cookies and no cookie-based analytics. Only technical cookies are set: the chosen language and, for the management area, the login session.

You can access, correct or erase your data, restrict or object to its processing, or ask for its portability, by writing to contact@lyonis.fr.
