Terms and conditions

Last updated: 2 November 2026

1. Provider

These terms apply to rides provided by Lyonis VTC (À COMPLÉTER, SIRET À COMPLÉTER, VTC register À COMPLÉTER).

2. Advance booking

All rides are booked in advance, through the website form, by phone or by WhatsApp. No pick-up is possible without a booking.

The client describes the ride: addresses, date and time, number of passengers, luggage and special needs. This information is used to set the price.

3. Quote and price

Each request receives a quote by email. The quote is valid for 48 hours; after that it expires and a new quote can be requested.

The price is a firm, all-inclusive price including VAT where applicable: tolls, fuel, luggage and child seat. For a return trip, each leg has its own price.

The price does not change on the day, unless the client changes the agreed ride (address, extra stop, time).

4. Waiting time

Waiting is included up to 30 minutes after landing at airports, based on the flight's actual arrival time, and up to 15 minutes after the agreed time elsewhere.

Beyond that, and without news from the client, the driver may treat the booking as a no-show: the ride remains due.

5. Confirmation

The ride is booked when the client accepts the quote from the link received by email. A confirmation is sent, then a reminder the day before each leg.

6. Payment

Payment is made on board, by card or cash. Nothing is paid when requesting or booking.

7. Cancellation by the client

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the departure of each leg, from the quote link or by contacting Yanis.

Less than 24 hours before departure, online cancellation is no longer possible and the ride is due. For a return trip, the rule applies to each leg separately.

8. Cancellation by the driver

If prevented (breakdown, severe weather, closed road), Yanis informs the client as early as possible. A cancelled ride is not charged.

9. Passengers, luggage and safety

The number of passengers, luggage, skis, child seat and pets are stated in the request. The driver may refuse a pick-up that exceeds what was agreed, for safety reasons.

Seat belts are compulsory for all passengers.

10. Area served

Rides take place in France, and between France and Switzerland. No ride is carried out within Switzerland.

11. Insurance and liability

Passengers are covered by the provider's passenger transport liability insurance: À COMPLÉTER. Times are kept as closely as possible; a delay caused by traffic or weather does not give rise to compensation.

12. Complaints and mediation

Complaints can be sent to contact@lyonis.fr and are answered as quickly as possible.

In case of disagreement, consumers may use the consumer mediator free of charge: À COMPLÉTER.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law.
